Virginia Electronic Commerce Center PenSoft Payroll Solutions About Us

The PenSoft E-Business Resource Center at the Virginia Electronic Commerce Technology Center (VECTEC) is a multi-discipline E-Business resource. The E-Business Resource Center's web presence was developed during the summer of 2001 by the VECTEC staff and in the summer of 2004 the Center became formally known as the PenSoft E-Business Center after a pledge by PenSoft President and CEO Leroy Newman to sponsor research activities associated with the free online resource center.

Center Resources

The PenSoft Center is one of two research facilities available through VECTEC, and is updated on a weekly basis by student research assistants. The Center includes more than 1,000 articles and stats for small to medium-size businesses contained with 14 e-business topic areas regarding e-commerce, Internet marketing, search engine optimization, security, law and other subjects. The main features of the E-Business Resource Center are:

  • Learning areas
